Our cruise line partners have introduced a number of new policies that allow flexibility should you wish to cancel or postpone your cruise holiday.  Some policies protect previously booked sailings and also provide comfort and flexibility for those who are considering when to book their next cruise. Below is a summary from some popular brands with useful reference links. In many cases, these new policies are temporary and are in place to provide extra reassurance as the travel landscape fluctuates.

Coral Expeditions Complimentary Deposit Protection
Complimentary Deposit Protection will be offered to all new bookings made from 12 March 2020 until 30 September 2020. In the event that you are unable to travel on your originally booked cruise, due to Covid-19 related restrictions, you will be able to transfer your deposit to another future cruise.

Cunard Flexible Booking Terms
For bookings sailing before 31 August 2020 that are still scheduled to operate, you may cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure to receive a FCC. Sailings scheduled after 31 August 2020 may transfer to an alternate sailing.

Holland America Line Book with Confidence
For bookings made by 31 August 2020, departing through until 31 December 2021, you can cancel up to 30 days prior to receive a FCC.

Norwegian Cruise Line Peace of Mind
For all cruises through 30 November, cancel up to 48 hours prior to the cruise start date and receive a FCC. For all cruises 1 December and beyond, you can cancel for a full refund up to 120 days before your cruise.

P&O P&O Assurance
For new bookings made on cruises departing between September 1 and October 31 2020, guests can now cancel their booking for any reason up to 48 hours prior to departure and receive a Future Cruise Credit to the value of the original cruise fare paid to us, valid for use until December 31, 2021. They have also relaxed their payments policy to defer the final payment date to 30 days prior to departure.

Ponant Worry Free Bookings
New bookings made on sailings departing in 2020 will only require a 10% deposit. Final payment is relaxed by 30 days and can be cancelled prior to that for full refund. Additionally, for new bookings on 2020, 2021 and 2022 sailings, guests may cancel up to 90 days after confirmation and receive a full refund or a future cruise credit.
